Red light therapy (RLT) is a non-invasive and safe modality that involves exposure to low levels of red or near-

infrared light, which may have potential benefits for skin health, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, pain relief, and

other conditions. However, it's important to understand that RLT may not be suitable for everyone and may

carry certain risks. RLT provided by Zophia's Place, LLC is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any

disease or medical condition. RLT may offer potential benefits, individual results may vary, and there are no

guarantees of specific outcomes.

If you are pregnant or nursing, have any medical conditions or take any medications, you should consult with

your healthcare provider prior to starting therapy.

You enter the Red-Light Therapy session at your own risk. Your participation in Red Light Therapy requires

that you understand and agree to the following:

 You may experience mild side effects from RLT, such as temporary skin redness or irritation.

 Always wear protective eyewear. Failure to wear protective eyewear may result in burns or long-term

injury to the eyes.

 You should prepare your skin for your session prior to your RLT session. For optimal results, skin

should be free of deodorant, make up, fragrances, oils and lotions.

 You should remove all jewelry.

 Your participation in voluntary

 You may exit the session at any time.

 You accept personal responsibility for your experience.

 You have been informed of and assume all risk of injury, personal trauma, or death.

 You release Zophia’s Place, LLC and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any liability

resulting from or connected to your participation.

 You will indemnify and hold harmless Zophia’s Place, LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and

affiliates from any claims, including the expense of litigation, associated with your participation-

including charges made by their parties.

Your participation in cold water immersion carries medical risks, including accelerated and irregular

heartbeat. All forms of cold exposure result in vasoconstriction, a closure of the blood vessels in the fingers,

hands, arms, toes, feet, and legs. Cold water immersion is a particularly powerful method for inducing cold

water shock, thereby activating the autonomic nervous system to induce physiological responses, including

thermogenesis, brown fat recruitment, endocrine activation (including thyroid stimulation and norepinephrine

production), and accelerated breath rate. Additionally, cold water immersion typically creates panic response

that elevates physiological and psychological markers of stress.

If you have a history of, or suspect, heart abnormalities, you must consult with your physician prior to

participating in cold water immersion.

Never plunge face down in cold water. Immersion of the face (including the nose and mouth) interrupts the

breath, which is the most important mechanism of parasympathetic control, and may result in a dangerous

condition called “autonomic conflict” resulting in heart arrhythmia and possible death.

You enter the Forge at your own risk. The Forge is not a medical device and has not been evaluated by the

United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Your participation in cold water immersion requires that

you understand and agree to the following:

SAUNA ROOM DISCLOSURE, WAIVER, AND ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Your participation in the FAR Infrared Sauna carries medical risks, involving exposure to high temperatures,

which can lead to dehydration, overheating, and other adverse effects on health, particularly for individuals with certain

medical conditions.

You are not permitted to use the sauna if you are pregnant, have serious heart conditions, a fever, a

communicable disease, acute bleeding, or are intoxicated.

If you have a heart condition, hypertension, take medications, or have other health concerns you must consult with

your physician before using the sauna. Clients using any medications must consult a physician or pharmacist prior to

the use of the sauna.

Immediately discontinue use if you experience any discomfort, dizziness, or other adverse symptoms. The

use of drugs, medication or alcohol prior to or during the sauna session may lead to dizziness or unconsciousness.

You enter the sauna at your own risk. The sauna is not a medical device and has not been evaluated by the United

States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Your participation requires that you understand and agree to the

following:

 Sauna sessions should be limited to no more than 30 minutes and temperatures must stay below 150 degrees

Fahrenheit.

 Plastic water bottles, cell phones, and other electronic devices are not permitted in the sauna.

 Wearing jewelry in the sauna is not advised.

 Your participation in voluntary

 You may exit the sauna at any time.

 You accept personal responsibility for your experience.

 You have been informed of and assume all risk of injury, personal trauma, or death.

 You release Zophia’s Place, LLC and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any liability resulting

from or connected to your participation.

 You will indemnify and hold harmless Zophia’s Place, LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates

from any claims, including the expense of litigation, associated with your participation- including charges made
